Looking after speakers, investors and dinner guests on the day.
Session and room coordination
Keeping two stages running to time and getting people into the right room.
Event setup and breakdown
Early arrival, signage, seating, and packing down at the end.
General event logistics
The floating role. Wherever the day needs hands.
Social media and content support
Capturing the day: photos, clips, and posting as it happens.
